Michael Brycki IV & Joshua Adams Jr.
Altrix Entertainment began with a simple goal: helping independent artists create music and build opportunities in Connecticut. Founders Michael Brycki IV and Joshua Adams Jr. saw a region full of talent and ambition — and a broader industry that wasn't always built to serve it.
Today's music industry is full of paradox. Streaming has lowered the barriers to entry, yet that same access has made it more difficult for independent artists to stand out, earn sustainable income, and access the professional resources that major artists take for granted. Rather than framing this as a personal hardship to overcome, the founders recognized it as a broader challenge facing independent creators everywhere — and a reason there was room to build something different.
Altrix Entertainment began with a simple goal: helping independent artists create music and build opportunities in Connecticut.
Streaming lowered the barriers to entry — but also made it harder for independent artists to stand out, earn sustainable income, and access professional resources.
A traditional record label alone was no longer enough. Modern artists need recording, branding, photography, videography, marketing, networking, business guidance, and creative resources — not just distribution.
"To create opportunities for artists and creators while strengthening Connecticut's creative economy — and to build a respected entertainment brand with long-term potential."
Altrix Entertainment is evolving with the entertainment industry instead of following outdated business models. The founders believe in innovation, adaptability, collaboration, and community — and that a modern entertainment company should be more than a label. It should be infrastructure.
This is still the beginning. Altrix Entertainment is still writing its story — and the founders believe meaningful companies are built over time, through consistent work, strong partnerships, and a commitment to helping others succeed.

April 2026
After working together through the previous period, M18Slideee and Luh Guttah go separate business ways. Rather than ending the entrepreneurial direction altogether, Michael Brycki IV begins building something substantially larger.
April 20, 2026
April 20, 2026 becomes another major milestone. Asset Music Group (AMG) opens its doors in Norwich. At essentially the same point in time, Altrix Entertainment is formally established, creating the foundation for the next stage of Michael’s business.

Within approximately one day, Asset Music Group and Altrix Entertainment agree to merge their businesses and operations into a combined relationship.
AMG × Altrix Entertainment — combining Asset Music Group’s established vision and network with Altrix Entertainment’s emerging entertainment, studio, artist, and business infrastructure. This completes Phase 2 and opens the next chapter for both companies.

Within one day — AMG × Altrix Entertainment
Altrix Entertainment grew beyond the idea of being just another independent record label. Founders Michael Brycki IV and Joshua Adams Jr. recognized that the modern entertainment industry demands more than recording music. Independent artists need access to professional recording, branding, photography, videography, marketing, fashion, networking, mentorship, business guidance, and creative collaboration.
This realization inspired them to build Altrix Entertainment as a full-scale entertainment company and creative ecosystem — not a traditional label. And as they built, they found others who shared that belief. Instead of competing, they chose to combine their strengths and work together toward a shared goal: a collaborative creative network built on shared values.
The Network
CONNECTICUT & BEYOND
Founder & Co-Owner: Julius Edwards
Julius Edwards has worked to create opportunities for independent artists and young creatives in Norwich. Through initiatives like the Own My DAW program, Asset Music Group invests in education and mentorship — introducing young people to music production and other creative disciplines. Today, Asset Music Group operates in affiliation with Altrix Entertainment, allowing both organizations to maintain their own identities while collaborating on artist development, studio services, creative projects, and future initiatives.
Founder & CEO: Mr. Bossa
Amal Visions strengthens the network by providing photography, videography, and creative visual content that helps artists build compelling brands beyond their music. Mr. Bossa shares the same passion for visual storytelling and professional media production — another example of creative professionals coming together to offer artists a more complete support system.
Founder: Connor Danks
Connor Danks believes fashion is an extension of artistic identity. Aether Veil Clothes adds another dimension to the creative network by supporting branding, style, and self-expression — reinforcing the idea that today’s artists need more than music to build lasting careers.
Altrix Entertainment, Asset Music Group, Amal Visions, and Aether Veil Clothes represent a collaborative creative network built on shared values rather than competition.
CONNECTICUT & BEYOND
The vision is to continue expanding this creative ecosystem by welcoming new partners who believe in collaboration, innovation, community investment, and empowering independent creators. Rather than building a single company, the long-term goal is to build a connected network that helps shape the future of Connecticut’s creative industry — creating opportunities that reach far beyond the state.
