How do included hours work?
Each month your tier includes a set number of recording hours. When you book, included hours are applied first at no charge; once they are used, additional hours are billed at your tier's discounted rate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month subscriptions. Cancel from your account and your membership stays active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Do hours roll over?
Included hours reset each billing cycle. Unused hours do not roll over, so members are encouraged to book regularly.
Can I share a membership with my team?
Label memberships include multi-user access so teams can draw from a shared monthly hour pool. Creator and Professional tiers are single-user.
What if I need more hours than my tier includes?
All tiers include a discounted hourly rate for hours beyond your included allowance, so you keep member pricing on every additional session.
